Add option to seal environment variables synced to Railway

Feature description

Railway recently added an option to seal environment variables, which essentially makes it impossible for anyone to recover the original value. Would it be possible for Infisical to add an option to auto-seal, or perhaps implement path-based sealing for any environment variables synced to Railway?

Why would it be useful?

It significantly enhances security for Railway users.
