Tdp wattage slider can't go below 8w

A clear and concise description of what you want to happen.
Be able to set it to 1w preferably, or as low as possible.

A clear and concise description of any alternative solutions or features you've considered.
Using throttlestop, but it only goes to 5W at the lowest and doesn't seem to automatically change to a different tdp after I set it to use one when I plugging the laptop, while UXTU works fine with this aspect.
