Add support for literate programming

Perhaps this might be a good choice for keeping the tutorial more up-to-date with the latest code base.

I would love to get some kind of literate programming for the tutorial (and maybe some website docs too). I'll have to look into Rusthon. It lists java support, but none of the examples are java so I'm not sure how well supported it will be.
