tagged papers list should not use edit-distance similarity checks for short tags

https://joss.theoj.org/papers/tagged/CWL/ lists 7 papers, but only one of those lists CWL in its tags or mentions CWL or Common Workflow Language.

I suggest that for short tag searches, they not include spelling variations, except for maybe allowing plurality suffixes or similar

Perhaps adding a strict match for a specific length should be considered then?

I did a couple of searches on some areas of interest just now to try this, and for longer tags, it does get more accurate (but I can't say for sure).

What do you think the cut off for a short tag should be?
