It’s completely normal to feel this way at the beginning.

Right now, being able to “create only issues” doesn’t mean you’re bad at coding — it means you’re already developing an important skill: noticing problems. That’s actually a big part of software development.

Most developers start in a phase where they:

see bugs more easily than solutions
get stuck often
feel like they break more things than they build
That’s frustrating, but it’s also part of learning.

A better way to make coding feel fun is to focus on very small projects that you can actually finish. For example:

a simple to-do list
a calculator
a personal webpage
a small script that automates something repetitive
The goal at first is not to build something impressive. The goal is to:

build something small
break it
fix it
understand why it broke
That’s where confidence starts.

Also, creating issues is not useless at all. Good developers are often people who can clearly identify what’s wrong, describe it well, and then gradually learn how to solve it.

So if coding doesn’t feel fun yet, that doesn’t mean coding isn’t for you — it may just mean you need smaller wins and more hands-on practice.

If you want, start with one tiny project and keep it simple enough that you can finish it in a day or two. Finishing small things is much more motivating than getting stuck on big ones.

You’re probably closer than you think — noticing issues is already the first half of solving them.
