Verification Help & Guidance
Hi everyone,
Hi everyone,
I’m hoping someone or a GitHub staff member can help me, because I am completely stuck trying to redeem the Microsoft Azure (ages 13-17) benefit from my Student Developer Pack.
My GitHub student status is fully approved. However, when I click the Azure benefit to activate it, Microsoft prompts me for one of two things:
A personal school email (which my school does not issue to students).
A 25-character promo code (which GitHub did not provide to me anywhere on my dashboard).
To make matters worse, I tried to contact Azure Support directly to get a code, but their support portal requires you to sign in with an active Azure account—which I can’t create because of this loop.
Has anyone else figured out how to bypass this, or can a GitHub community manager help generate my 25-character code so I can finally get in?
Thanks in advance for any help!
