This could possibly be related to a temporary UI state desync during scroll refresh or pull-to-refresh animation handling on iOS.... If the issue disappears and cannot be reproduced consistently, it may indicate:
One thing worth checking is whether the filter bar is using a sticky/floating layer while the PR text content is being re-rendered underneath during the pull gesture. Possible areas to inspect:

In the ui page of the pr interface, the logic of the filter buttons is wrong. If the page is pulled down, the text of pull request will slide below the filter
