Update: it has now been over two weeks since I submitted the billing/refund support ticket, and I still have not received any response from support. The ticket was submitted within 24 hours of the accidental subscription purchase and the subscription was canceled immediately. I would appreciate any assistance or escalation if possible. |

I know it's stressful waiting on a refund, but don't worry—billing support can take 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends) to respond depending on their ticket volume. Since you canceled the accidental subscription immediately without using the service, GitHub is usually very understanding and will process a retroactive refund once they reach your ticket. Hello,
I submitted a billing/refund support ticket several days ago but have not received a response yet.
This was an accidental subscription purchase and I canceled it immediately after noticing the issue. I have barely used the service.
