I bought the $100 annual Copilot subscription (10-dollar tier) earlier, which was valid from December 18, 2025, to December 17, 2026. Midway through, I upgraded to the $39 monthly plan. After one month, I downgraded back to the regular $10/month plan. Now the issue is: my annual subscription has been voided/ended prematurely, but I'm still being charged $10 every month on top of that.
