Maybe your account still has an active Copilot Free subscription, so the upgrade is not processing correctly.

Try:

• cancelling Copilot Free first
• logging out and back in
• checking billing/payment setup
• trying from desktop browser instead of mobile

Sometimes account changes also take a little time to sync on GitHub’s side.

I can't activate Copilot at an organization where I subscribed, but I haven't been able to. I activated my other account two weeks ago, and now it's locked. Can anyone explain or help me?
