having trouble applying for an application for github education

Hi everyone,

ive been trying to submit an application for github student (education) but it seems to be failing that it always says that my document does not appear to include a date demonstrating current academic affiliation, literally i have a full documentation of my student transcript and my university login portal, my student id, and my email connected to this github account is literally my university account

ive tried different modes of photography, different lighting, i tried printing my documents but all failed please an admin or someone help me
