docs: Fix broken links in documentation

Found several broken links while browsing the documentation:

• Link to installation guide in README returns 404
• Configuration reference link is outdated

Actually, I can't find any dead links? Which link exactly is a 404?

This might be AI and/or malicious? librellito is a 2-week old account, and in the last 3 days opened 22 issues across just as many repos, most of which seem to suggest adding pipeline integration to pull and run scripts from the private "cityjia" repo. This closed PR shows the script attempting to egress project secrets.
