Replaces #13 .
This is basically a tidied up version of the old PR. Excludes all the commits where I was trying to build/release it on our CI, build a fatJar, etc.
The integration tests use FakeReader specialPixels.
The remote testing still uses my own S3 storage (see ZarrPixelBufferTest.java) as we still don't have an organisational S3 storage for testing purposes; ie. these intergration tests will fail as soon as my S3 server goes down, which can be any time...
