I run a one-person software company that ships real products with an AI engineering partner. Every product, from a NAS operating system to an iOS wellness app, is designed, developed, and operated with AI in the loop as the actual workflow, not a demo. 14 products shipped, zero investors, self-hosted on my own Proxmox cluster with 99.9% 30-day uptime.
