Summary
Adds a changelog entry covering product-affecting changes shipped this week.
Changes
<Update>block dated May 20, 2026 under X Ads API: documents the new self-serve Ads API access request form linked from the Ads API introduction.Context
Reviewed merges to
xdevplatform/docssince the last changelog entry (May 4, 2026). The only end-user-facing product change in that window was the addition of an Ads API access request form link on the Ads API introduction page (merged May 15). All other merges were docs-only (typo fixes, sentence-case heading normalization, frontmatter cleanup, and ja/es/pt/ko translations) and are intentionally excluded per the request to only cover product changes.
